TraceAd is a Third Party Tracking Agency using various technologies to process data within the 3 categories:
#1: Advertisers - (GDPR - "Data Controllers") - Eg. Agencies, Advertisers, Webshops etc. in regards to DGPR Data Controllers  #2 Publishers - (GDPR "Data Processors" Eg. Publishers, Media Networks, Affiliate Networks, Media Buying Agencies, Re-Targeting Technologies etc. in regards to GDPA "Data Processors.  #3 Consumers. (GDPA - "Data Subjects") 

TraceAd processes data between the parties being a "Data Processor" for our clients, the "Advertisers or Clients.".

TraceAd is a 3rd party tracking supplier and digital technology hub used by companies to track, manage and validate eCommerce activities, such as measuring ad impressions, clicks, conversions and user interactions between the business and its customers across all its associates, services, technologies and collaborators. (ads displayed to you, and ads clicked on by you)

TraceAd's technologies is supported by cookies and proprietary cross device tracking through your browser such as Firefox, Chrome Safari or Internet Explorer. 

(No local scripts is executed on your device from TraceAd. Nothing is implemented by TraceAd on your hardware, such a your PC, Mac, Smart-Phone etc.)

TraceAd stores no personal information about your behavior on the internet. Businesses and websites using TraceAd, may use TraceAd to support its technologies and its suppliers with uniquie information about your interactions with the business. Any transportation of data and information relies on the privacy policy of the company performing such data exchange.

TraceAd can, provided by the businesses, receive data to support its technologies, systems and services to work properly, make calculations and to perform necessary actions to support their communication, user experience, transactions, services and information with you.

TraceAd is a Business to Business product, in order to deliver our Services to you as a Client we collect your business details, contact details and keep them filed in order to delivers our services upon signing up.
Unless entering a business collaboration with TraceAd or signing up to newsletter or free resources , there is no data stored about you or your business.

In order to serve our clients, the clients and TraceAd is using various technologies to serve relevant ads, we single out different patterns without storing data that would allow identification of a person an individual or personal sensitive data. 

Advertiser collect data related to your browsing activity through cookies or advertising and other adservers Anonymous ID's that record: either events related to your activity on our advertising partner’s website (such as the number of pages viewed, the products you viewed on that website, your searches made on the partner’s website. Information related to your type of device (device type, operating system, version). Non-precise information related to your geography from IP addresses of your connection (in order to serve you ads only for products and services available in your country, region or city etc. And events supporting to the Publishes, Adservers and Related technologies activities such as the number of ads displayed to you.

Information is collected anonymous and automatically. History and information may include browser type, referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends and optimize our services.

We do not use or store full IP address for targeting purposes. Your full IP addresses may only be used by for the following purposes: Fraud detection purposes to help alert us to situations which could not have been caused by human behaviour, such as a massive amount of click in a limited period of time, sales attribution and marketing reports with aggregated data.

TraceAd and Advertisers also collect technical user identifiers from our advertising partners for the purpose of linking the different browsers and mobile apps you use and serve you relevant ads based on your behavior across environments being devices, technologies or browsers in the form of anonymous ID mapping and ID syncing. 

Processing personal data - Purpose 

Personal data is used to provide access to Advertisers services, to calculate publisher payments and commissions to affiliate companies and publishers "Affiliates Commissions", for administration, web analytics optimisation, internal analysis, re-targeting management and to fulfill other services between advertisers, web analytic technologies and publishers. 

Dispatch, Transfer or Disclosure of personal data

TraceAd does not share, resell or sell personal information to third parties and does not divulge personal information without written consent of the interested parties, except to comply with legal inquiries, when it is required by law or otherwise when it is necessary to detect and prevent fraud, criminal activity or scams.

Personal data can be handled by Advertisers affiliates, collaborators, subsidiaries and Data Processors if this is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data has been collected.

Your Consent and Rights

Where it is required by law or where TraceAd otherwise deems it appropriate, TraceAd will seek consent from you before processes your personal data.

You have the right to recall consent to process personal data that you have provided to TraceAd. The recall must be in writing. You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you is erased, rectified or restricted.

You have the right to obtain information of the personal data concerning you which is being processed by TraceAd. You also have the right to access such personal data in a digital format and/or to lodge a complaint of TraceAd's processing of personal data to the Data Protection Authority.

TraceAd strives to ensure that necessary measures are taken to delete or de-identify personal information that is incorrect or no longer needed by TraceAd for the purposes for which the personal data was collected.

Security

TraceAd has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction and change as well as ensuring that only personal data which is necessary for each specific processing purpose is processed.

Data Protection and Security

Advertisers, TraceAd or Publishers shall take the appropriate technical and organizational measures to adequately protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Personal Data. Such measures include, but are not be limited to:

i. the prevention of unauthorized persons from gaining access to Personal Data Processing systems (physical access control),

ii. the prevention of Personal Data Processing systems from being used without authorization (logical access control),

iii. ensuring that persons entitled to use a Personal Data Processing system gain access only to such Personal Data as they are entitled to accessing in accordance with their access rights, and that, in the course of Data Processing or use and after storage, Personal Data cannot be read, copied, modified or deleted without authorization (data access control),

iv. ensuring that Personal Data cannot be read, copied, modified or deleted without authorization during electronic transmission, transport or storage on storage media, and that the target entities for any transfer of Personal Data by means of data transmission facilities can be established and verified (data transfer control),

v. ensuring the establishment of an audit trail to document whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered into, modified in, or removed from Personal Data Processing systems (entry control),

vi. ensuring that Personal Data is Processed solely in accordance with the Instructions (control of instructions),

vii. ensuring that Personal Data is protected against accidental destruction or loss (availability control).

Upon Data Controller’s request, Data Processor shall provide a current Personal Data protection and security programme relating to the Data Processing hereunder.

Data Processor will facilitate Data Controller’s compliance with the Data Controller’s obligation to implement security measures with respect to Personal Data (including if applicable Data Controller’s obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR), by (i) implementing and maintaining the security measures described under other references to this agreement, (ii) complying with the terms of Section 4.4 (Personal Data Breaches); and (iii) providing the Data Controller with information in relation to the Dara Processing in accordance with Section 5 (Audits).

The TraceAd systems are designed and built with data protection as one of the key considerations. Our data is stored by leading third-party database providers and cannot be accessed by any other person or system. 

In addition TraceAd employees who access the data to provide services for clients or for system-development purposes has been suitably briefed on what constitutes the acceptable treatment of data.

Data Processor shall ensure that any personnel whom Data Processor authorizes to process Personal Data on its behalf is subject to confidentiality obligations with respect to that Personal Data. The undertaking to confidentiality shall continue after the termination of the above-entitled activities.

Data Controller shall ensure that any personnel whom Data Controller authorizes to process Personal Data via Data Processors services on its behalf is subject to confidentiality obligations with respect to that Personal Data.
